Team Maids clients hire us because we are thorough. We will detail-clean your home as if we were cleaning our own home. Our Team Leaders are paid substantially more than the rest of the team, and they are vested with the responsibility to ensure that each assignment is performed in accordance with the client's requirements. Our insurance is the best available. Team Maids is not only bonded, but we also have liability, crime and employee accident. Your home, our service providers and Team Maids are included in the coverage. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.

Generally Team Maids sends two maids, but if you own a 7500 square foot home or bigger, we will send three or four, making the adjustment needed to clean your home in a reasonable amount of time.

Team Maids assigns you a permanent Team Leader who will change only under extraordinary circumstances. It's her job to keep you happy and insure that your home is cleaned consistently to your specifications. Occasionally, there may be a change in service providers due to illness, day off, vacation, or they may no longer work for Team Maids. In the event of such an occurrence, Team Maids will find a replacement. Team Maids provides an extensive training program to each of our employees to insure consistent cleaning techniques throughout our staff.

At Team Maids, recurring services are performed on a fixed-fee basis. This fee is most often established by one of our managers giving you an in-home price quote, which includes cleaning supplies and equipment we use to clean your home. The in-home price quote is based on our manager's estimate of how many man-hours it will take to clean your home.

Team Maids realizes the nature of cleaning requires our staff to touch virtually all items within one's homes or office. If any damage/loss does occur, simply notify Team Maids within 48 hours of the cleaning date.

At Team Maids, our vacuums are inspected every day. At the end of the day when the cleaning Teams return, our own technician starts his work inspecting all vacuums and making any repairs needed, cleans vacuum interior, clean or replace filters, replace bags with fresh ones, to insure that all vacuums will give the best performance the next day.
