Scope of Work
Team Maids will provide the cleaning services according to the terms and conditions of Our Service Agreement. Team Maids will provide staffing to properly and adequately perform the services, and will comply with all laws regarding employment with respect to each employee performing the Services at the property.
Insurance
Team Maids agrees to maintain, for the duration of the service agreement, in full force and effect at Team Maids' expense, adequate and appropriate insurance coverage. Proof of Team Maids insurance coverage will be provided to client upon request.
Client Satisfaction
Management of Team Maids will perform monthly inspections to insure that all services are performed in a thorough and professional manner. Management will communicate with the client on a regular basis to insure that the services are performed to the client's satisfaction.
